TOOLS & METHODS
KEYLENS supports clients by offering a flexible consulting program targeting sustainable change. We do this by working with clients at their offices, providing consulting services in the traditional sense – rarely as one-off projects, often over lengthy periods, sometimes spanning several years.
Depending on the client company's "style of change", in other words the preconditions for successfully bringing about effective change and implementation within that company, our work is usually analytical/quantitative in nature, based, for instance, on extensive analysis of market research. That said, we do also offer a pragmatic/implementation-oriented approach, employing sequences of workshops and other such methods. KEYLENS can operate in a traditional consulting team, take a more coaching-centered stance at the management/board level, or come in as interim manager to put our strategy recommendations into practice. Always with the objective of implementing the recommendations we formulate in cooperation with our clients, thereby changing companies in a sustained manner.
We operate the KEYLENS Research Center for Market-Based Management in conjunction with Professor Christoph Burmann's Institute for Innovative Brand Management (LiM®) at the University of Bremen. In this cooperative venture we develop innovative and effective management approaches and tools for corporate practice – with a strong focus on implementation.
We use a proven set of consulting tools in our work, which are helpful in areas like strategy development, branding, customer management, pricing, and many more besides. But we always work to the principle that successful top management consulting requires the courage to start with a blank sheet of paper rather than ready-made schemes.
We bring together the key tools used for market research purposes, such as the Customer Satisfaction & Feedback Manager, under one roof in the KEYLENS Research Center.
